WHAT IS IT ?
The Showcase is our Show Choir Invitational. We invite show choirs from around the Midwest to compete at MHS for awards, trophies and recognition. The event takes place in the auditorium at Marysville High School. The auditorium is located at: Marysville High School, 800 Amrine Mill Road, Marysville, Ohio, 43040.
WHEN IS IT ?
The 2014 Showcase is on January 25, 2014.aytime" performances will be from ~ 8:00am - 5:30pm. The evening "Finals" will be from ~ 7:30pm - 11:00pm.
The 2014 Admission fees for the Showcase are:
$ 15 per person for the entire event, or
$ 9 per person for just the "Daytime" or just for the evening "Finals" performances.
WHO IS COMING to our 2014 SHOWCASE?

HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
All parents of Mini Swingers and Swingers Unlimited students must work at the Showcase. It is our biggest fundraiser each year, and the profits are used to purchase equipment and music, to provide scholarships for high school and college students, and sometimes to help parents pay for a competition trip. Minimum shifts are 4 hours for middle school and 8 hours for high school parents.
Planning meetings are held in the evening, at MHS in the Monarch Commons. All area Chairs attend these meetings. If you have any suggestions or questions, please contact Katie (email below).
Click here to complete your volunteer survey. You are welcome to choose the area and hours you would like to work. All workers get a volunteer wristband which will allow them to enter the auditorium when not working, without paying the admission fee.
